Day 16 Progress

 Log:

Activity: 1/2 hr pt session, shoulder mobility
Breakfast:  2 banana muffins, apple
Lunch:  veggie omelet
Dinner:  Butternut squash lasagna, garlic bread
Snack: granola bar, Reese's protein bar
Total water intake:  100 oz
Meal prep:  
Social activity:  talked with a friend, had a board meeting
Gratitude:  For tall boots to walk through the snow to get to the compost bin :)  It was up to my knees (above my boots).
