Day 2 Progress

I'm trying to get back into things.  At first sitting down was hard after surgery, I was constantly on the move because that was normal.  No heavy lifting, so a load of laundry was numerous trips to the basement... and back up.  Then Christmas came and I sat down, relaxed and enjoyed the holiday.  I actually read quite a few books which I hadn't had (or hadn't taken) the time for in quite some time.  I have a problem that once I start a book I can't put it down easily.  Now I'm allowed to do anything as long as I listen to my body.  The motivation has waned.  It's hard to get in gear and get moving.  I just need to push myself through that and get into the swing of things.  It will come back if I'm diligent and force myself out of my comfort zone.

Activity:  1/2 personal training session; 1/2 hr core workout
Breakfast:  2 banana muffins, 2 mandarin oranges, apple, water
Lunch:  leftover pasta with tomato/veggie/meat sauce
Dinner:  Mexican Tortilla Soup
Snack: yoghurt, cookies, spring rolls
Total water intake: 100 oz
Meal prep:  Does cleaning my kitchen count? lol
Social activity:  Talked to MJ during my pt, I can't count during pt's when we talk lol  Also chatted with a gentleman on a dating site.  
Gratitude:  Enjoying the snow on the ground, and the brightness that brings but also thankful that so far we haven't had a lot of blowing snow and treacherous road conditions.
